Terms of Service

1. Project Engagement & Scopes

All design, development, and digital marketing services provided by VB Dynamics Creative (a division of VB Dynamics Holding Pty Ltd) are governed by an agreed written proposal or package tier selected by the client. Any modifications or additions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted transparently before work commences.

2. Intellectual Property & 100% Ownership

Upon receipt of full and final payment for the project, all rights, title, copyright, vector design assets, and source code created specifically for the client are transferred 100% to the client. The client retains full ownership to host, alter, expand, or transfer the website and branding assets without ongoing licensing fees or platform lock-in.

3. Payment Terms & Milestones

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom web builds follow a standard milestone schedule: 50% initial deposit upon project agreement to schedule sprint time, and 50% final balance upon client review and sign-off on a staging preview prior to domain launch. Payments are processed securely via Paystack in USD equivalents.

4. 30-Day Launch Warranty

Every website launched includes a complimentary 30-day post-launch warranty. We promptly fix any coding bugs, broken layout responsiveness, or form delivery errors reported within 30 days of going live at no additional charge.

5. Direct Communications

To ensure rapid turnaround times, communication takes place via email (info@vbdynamics.co.za) and direct WhatsApp messaging (+27 78 811 7164). Clients agree to review deliverables and provide constructive feedback in a timely manner.
